Present Perfect
have / has + verb in 3 form
+ I have finished the work and I’m free. / I have written the test.
We (you, they) have finished the work.
He (she, it) has finished the work.
- I haven’t finished the work.
We (you, they) haven’t finished the work.
He (she, it) hasn’t finished the work.
? Have you (we, they) finished the work?
Has he (she, it) finished the work?
Цей час позначає дію, що завершилась та є пов’язаною з теперішнім. Нас цікавить результат дії.
Найчастіше вживається з прислівниками never, already, just, які ставляться перед 3 формою дієслова:
She has never met his ex-wife.
I have already done my homework.
He has just arrived at the airport.
Прислівник yet вживається у заперечних і питальних реченнях і стоїть в кінці речення:
Have you finished yet?
My brother hasn’t found a new job yet.
Прислівник ever вживається у питальних реченнях і ставиться перед 3 формою дієслова:
Have you ever lost your credit card?
