Анотація
Форсайт є системою методів експертної оцінки стратегічних напрямів соціально-економічного та інноваційного розвитку, виявлення технологічних проривів, здатних вплинути на економіку та суспільство в середньо- та довгостроковій перспективі.
«Форсайт – це систематичні спроби оцінити довгострокові перспективи науки, технологій, економіки. та суспільства, щоб визначити стратегічні напрями досліджень та нові технології, здатні принести найбільші соціально-економічні блага».
В результаті вивчення дисципліни аспірант повинен:
знати
– поняття, суть, цілі та завдання форсайт-менеджменту;
– методи форсайту;
– практику застосування форсайт-технологій;
– структуру форсайт-розвитку кадрових служб соціально-економічної системи;
– управління по слабких сигналах при прогнозуванні стратегічних одиниць бізнесу;
– форсайт-менеджмент на нових ринках;
вміти
– представляти основні ідеї форсайт-досліджень;
– застосовувати: методи у системі «форсайт»;
– формувати форсайт проекти;
– застосовувати форсайт компетенції фахівців у сучасній соціально-економічній системі;
– аналізувати форсайт на нових ринках;
володіти
– знаннями щодо подібності та відмінності форсайту та прогнозування;
– технологією сценарного планування у системі форсайт;
– характеристиками форсайту інноваційного розвитку;
– форсайт-управлінням розвитку компетенцій кадрового потенціалу підприємницької структури: особливості та практика;
– методом аналізу довгострокових перспектив розвитку (20-30 років);
– моделюванням діяльності організації на нових ринках у системі форсайт-менеджменту.
